Combining know-how and effective project management on each project
The Complexe Santé des Ponts project, located at 1015 Chemin du Sault in Lévis, is a 15-story commercial and residential building. For this project, Forage CBF was commissioned to lay the deep foundations, a key element that ensures the structure's stability and durability.
A job done according to the rules of the art
To meet the requirements of this large-scale project, we installed 554 driven pileswith diameters ranging from 9.625" and 16. These piles provide a strong, secure foundation by transferring building loads to more resistant soil layers.
In addition, 77 rock anchors were installed, including a foundation slab reinforced by 26 anchors. These anchors, with a diameter of 56 mm and 65 mm, play a key role in stabilizing the structure by minimizing the risk of ground movement and optimizing the overall strength of the foundations.
