Combine strategic vision and technical mastery on each project

This project represents the second phase of development of apartments in the former Maritime Plaza Hotel, built in 1965.

A job done according to the rules of the art

Our work included the installation of 16 84-inch diameter caisson piles, reaching a depth of 80 feet in rock of 200 MPa or more, thus ensuring a solid foundation for the structure. In addition, a 4,500-square-foot Berlin wall with underpinning was installed to ensure site stability during the construction phases.

Thanks to our expertise in Berlin caisson piles and retaining walls, we contributed to the realization of this ambitious project, combining technical challenges and modern architectural requirements.
